Terms of Sale

All items are subject to prior sale. Books may be reserved by phone or e-mail and will be held for a maximum of 7 days pending payment. Please, include as much identifying information as possible (author, title, etc.) in your request.NY sales tax applies to orders shipped within New York state.

Methods of payment -
We accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, money orders, wire transfers.
Personal checks are accepted but subject to clearance (usually 5 business days) before
order is shipped. Credit card sales are subject to address verification.

Return policy -
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 10 days and we will gladly refund your purchase price minus shipping costs. Item(s) must be in the same condition as received. If we shipped the wrong book we will refund your purchase price AND shipping costs.

We take Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard), but no debit cards. If you plan to send a check from overseas, please make sure that it is drawn on a London Bank. Checks should be made out to Plurabelle Books. We can also accept payment in Euros, and US $. Please advise if you want to pay in these currencies, as we will have to convert
the amount (and we tend to be a wee bit generous when converting into Dollars). For all bank transfers request invoice number first!
